New Legislation on Inspections: Coming into effect 23rd January, 2023
From 23rd January 2023, the Fire Safety [England] Regulations 2022, will change the legal requirement for responsible persons for all multi-occupied residential buildings in England with storeys above 11 metres in height with regards to to fire door inspections.
